1. General conditions

Arifrey Org. no.  Follows both the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act. To make an order, the customer must be of legal age, 18 years old, or have parental permission. “Customer” means a natural person.

Always free shipping and free return.

Contracts are concluded when you decide to send an order at the checkout.

Arifrey AB reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.

We maintain the right to in case of obvious inaccuracies, t.ex. price or printing error to fix the error in retrospect. If you are not satisfied with our action, you may of course cancel your order free of charge. We also reserve the right to not complete an order if e.g. the goods are out of stock or in the event of technical problems.


  1. Order confirmation

After completing your order on the site, an order confirmation will automatically be sent to your specified email address, therefore it is important that you enter an email address that you use.

If for any reason you would not receive an order confirmation or have any other questions, please contact customer service.

In connection with your order being sent from our warehouse, a delivery confirmation is sent which also serves as your receipt to the specified email address. Any separate receipt will not be sent to you. Be sure to save the delivery confirmation/receipt.


  1. Delivery

Arifrey supplies its products worldwide. Delivery takes place with Swedish post (Postnord) and their partners in other countries.

If you wish to cancel your order by order, we can only do so before your order has left our warehouse. If the order has already been sent away, the customer must receive the order and send it back. For packages that are not picked up, the customer will be charged 200kr for handling costs.


  1. Payment

In cooperation with Klarna we can offer invoice payment, partial payment, credit card payment and direct payment. This payment solution is called Klarna Checkout. You can also choose to pay with Paypal by selecting Paypal as a payment option and then following the instructions. With PayPal we offer payment with credit or debit card, your bank account or with PayPal balance.

By providing information at the cashier you agree to Klarna’s terms and conditions. By clicking “complete purchase” you agree to our Terms and conditions. By clicking on PayPal and implementing to purchase there you agree to our Terms and conditions as well as PayPal terms and conditions.

All communication and information about payments will come to you directly from Klarna if you used Klarna Checkout.

  1. Return Policy, Exchanges and Returns

All products ordered on arifrey.com can be returned within 14 days. Number of days for right to return can in some cases be extended to more than 14 days if we have agreed on it before the purchase.

You have the right to, for example, open the package and try the item you bought and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the day you received the item to return it.

The product must be unused and still in the same new condition as when it was received. The product should be in its original packaging, with intact protective stickers and labels. The plastic covers on the front, back and the crown must not be removed. Seals shall not be removed and shall remain on the product.


  1. Guarantee

Arifrey offers 1 years warranty on all products from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (clockwork, case, glass).

Parts other than those mentioned above are not covered by this warranty.

The warranty does not cover::

  • The service life of the battery.
  • Failure or damage caused by water, weather or fire. (contact with water should be avoided)
  • Failure or damage due to negligence or improper use.
  • Failure or damage caused by an unauthorised person or representative.
  • External changes due to normal use of the product, such as scratches in glass, scratches in metal, scratches and staining of Watch bands, etc.

Meaning of water resistance 3ATM. A watch with this level of water resistance can withstand accidental splashing, do not wear the watch when showering, bathing, snorkelling or diving. (Contact with water should be avoided)

Always save the receipt to prove your purchase!


  1. Collections

Arifrey AB reserves the right to any changes in the product collections and has the right to remove goods from the product range before a purchase has gone through. We reserve ourselves for any final sale of goods in the range.

Arifrey AB reserves the right to any typographical errors in texts on this website. We also give no guarantee that all images accurately reflect the real appearance of the products. Arifrey AB reserves the right to adjust prices and any price errors.


  1. Dispute

Complaints or comments regarding Arifrey’s services or products should be notified to the Arifrey’s customer service via e-mail alternatively telephone (weekdays: 08-17). If you are not satisfied with our handling of your case, please contact your local consumer counselor or the general complaints board (EVENTSN), www.arn.se or Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. We always follow ARN’s recommendations. You can also use the online complaint platform available on the European Commission’s website: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

We do not undertake to participate in ADR procedures, but will take a final position on this issue in the event of a dispute.


  1. Force majeure

In the event of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, rebellion, government action, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or similar event, technical problems, failure of electricity/telecommunications/data connections or other communications, and failure or delay in service of subcontractors due to circumstances specified herein, arifrey will be able to apply itself to force majeure. These circumstances shall constitute a basis for exemption from damages and other penalties. If this happens, we will try to inform the customer accordingly. In the event of a dispute, we naturally follow the decision of the General Board of complaints.
